All procedures require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be credited towards your remaining balance. The deposit can be made on our “Schedule An Appt” page.
NO GUESTS ALLOWED
No friends, relatives, children, pets, etc. No one but the client is allowed in the treatment room during the permanent makeup procedure.
All “NO SHOWS” will forfeit their booking deposit and will be banned from booking in the future.
Clients who cancelled their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit. If the appointment is cancelled prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit can be transferred “ONE” time to another future date. There is no guarantee that a future appointment is readily available. The rescheduling may be for a much later date. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, will have their appointment cancelled and their deposit forfeited. If a client would like to reschedule, they would need to place another deposit.
Procedure pricing may change at any time at our discretion.
We may refuse to provide service to anyone at our discretion.
